Why pay for a study before the website?
Because without knowing how your business sells, a website is just a shop window. If we then build it, the study is deducted from the price. The study gives you the copy, the pages and the keywords people will use to find you.
Can I update the website myself without technical skills?
Yes. From the panel you change text, photos, prices and pages without touching any code. If you ever get stuck, message us and we will walk you through it.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting on servers in the European Union, the security certificate, automatic backups, updates and support. The amount of each fee is shown in the packages, always + VAT.
How long does it take to get the website live?
It depends on the package and on when we receive your text and photos. You get the date in writing when the study is closed. Indicative time per package: [pendiente: delivery time for each package].
Do you do web design across the whole Costa del Sol?
Yes. We work in Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella and the rest of the Costa del Sol; beyond it, remotely. If you are nearby we can meet; if not, everything works just as well over video call.
What technology do you build the website with?
React and Next.js, coded from scratch with its own panel. That is why it loads fast on mobile. It does not rely on third-party add-ons that need constant updating.
What happens to the enquiries that come in through the website?
They are saved in the panel along with the page they came from. None get lost in your inbox. From each enquiry you can call the person and, depending on the package, turn them into a customer record.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown before VAT and carry «+ VAT» next to the figure. VAT is added on the invoice.
