Websites for estate agents

Estate agent website design in Spain: a page for every property

We build websites for estate agents anywhere in Spain, bespoke for sales and lettings and with the whole process handled remotely. Every flat, house or shop has its own page so Google can find it, the search filters by area, price and bedrooms, and you publish from your own panel. Nothing off the shelf and no platform fee.

Why does an estate agent need its own website if it already lists on the portals?

On a portal, your penthouse sits in a list next to those of many other agencies, in the same layout, with a button to move on to the next one. The buyer remembers the flat, but not who showed it to them.

  1. A portal is a rented shop window

You pay to be there, someone else sets the rules and your competitors are one click away from your listing. It works for advertising, but it does not make people remember you.

  2. A vendor is looking for an agent

Someone selling their home is not looking for a flat: they are looking for an agent they can trust in their area. If your website does not say where you work, how you value and how you sell, that instruction goes to someone else.

  3. Overseas buyers search in their own language

In many parts of Spain, a share of buyers look for a home from another country. A listing that only exists in Spanish never shows up for someone searching in English.

What goes into a bespoke estate agent website?

A bespoke estate agent website is an agency's own site, built around the way it sells and lets rather than on a shared catalogue design. Every property has its own listing with its own address, a title and description for Google, photos and details: sale or let, type, square metres, bedrooms, bathrooms and area. A search filters by sale or let, area, price and bedrooms, designed for the phone first. A page with a form gathers the owners who want to sell or let through the agency, and every enquiry lands in its panel. A website for estate agents can run in several languages, with every listing in its own version and at its own address. And the agency runs it from its own panel: it adds flats, changes prices, uploads photos and edits copy, pages, SEO and legal pages without relying on anyone. It is built in React and Next.js, with no platform fee and no commission on sales.

  • A page for every property

Each listing has its own address, title and description for Google, its photos and its details: sale or let, type, square metres, bedrooms, bathrooms and area. Someone looking for a flat with a terrace in your neighbourhood can land straight on that listing.

  • A search that does not waste anyone's time

Filters for sale or let, area, price and bedrooms, designed for the phone first, because that is where buyers browse flats on the sofa or on the bus.

  • Vendor and landlord capture

A page and a form for people who want to sell or let their home through you. Every enquiry lands in your panel, in your name.

  • Contact in one tap

WhatsApp with the property reference already typed into the message, a direct call button and a form on every listing.

  • Your panel

You add a flat, change a price, upload photos or take a property down without waiting for anyone. From the same place you edit copy, pages, SEO and legal pages.

  • For every type of agency

The same base is arranged differently depending on what pays your bills. If you mostly sell and let, the search and vendor capture come first. If you manage lettings, the owner and tenant portals give them access to their own details without having to call you. If you handle holiday lets, the holiday lets module is added, the same one you can see in the demo. And if you have a sales team, each agent logs in to their own portal.

  • Extras when you need them

More languages, any of those modules or an AI assistant that answers your customers. These are decided in the study and quoted separately.

Does your estate agency need a website in English?

If some of your buyers live outside Spain, they search for a home in their own language. It happens on the Costa del Sol, for example, and anywhere foreigners buy. A real estate website on the Costa del Sol or anywhere else can be multilingual, with every listing in its own version and at its own address in each language, starting with English.

  • Each language with its own page

The English version is not a button that translates the screen: it is a separate page with its own address, title and description, and Google can show it to people searching in English.

  • More languages if your buyers speak them

If you work with buyers from other countries, their languages are added in the study, based on where the enquiries you already get come from.

What does an estate agent website built this way look like?

Inmobiliaria (demo) is a demonstration we built to show it working: it is not the website of a real agency. It has per-property SEO, an admin panel, portals for agents, owners and tenants, holiday lets and an AI assistant.

What changes day to day for an agency with its own website?

A typical case, with no real client behind it: a small agency that sells and lets in two or three neighbourhoods. Every new flat goes up on the portals, and its website is a single page with the phone number.

What changes

Each new flat is added once in the panel and gets its own listing, in Spanish and in English. The link to that listing is the one sent by WhatsApp to interested buyers, with no other agencies' ads around it.

What it gains

Homeowners in the area find a page that explains how the agency works and ask for a valuation through the form. Enquiries that come in through the website reach the panel in the agency's name.

Why do we start with the Business Study?

Before designing anything, we study your agency: which areas you cover, whether you live mostly off sales, lettings or winning instructions, who buys from you and how they find you. That gives your website its area pages, the copy for each service and its keywords.

The study has a fixed price + VAT, is paid on signing and is deducted if you order the website.

Agencies anywhere in Spain, remotely

We work remotely with agencies in any province, Madrid included: the study, the reviews and the handover all happen with no travel, and our base is in Malaga.

How much does an estate agent website cost?

For an agency we recommend the Professional package: a bespoke website, local SEO, one-tap WhatsApp and a panel with bookings, customers, blog and testimonials. The property catalogue and the languages are scoped in the Business Study and quoted separately. One-off payment on signing plus a monthly hosting and maintenance fee, all + VAT.

What do estate agents ask us before ordering their website?

Questions from agencies that sell and let, with the short answer first.

What should an estate agent website include?

A page for every property that Google can read, a search with filters, a form for vendors and a panel so you can publish yourself. The rest comes out of the Business Study: languages, area pages or holiday lets.

Why do I need my own website if I already list on the portals?

On a portal your flat competes next to other agencies' listings. On your website, buyers only see yours and contact you. Vendors looking for an agent in your area find you on Google and see how you work before they call.

Can I add and remove properties myself?

Yes. The catalogue lives in your panel: you add a flat, change its price or photos and take it down without relying on anyone. The catalogue is scoped in the Business Study and quoted separately from the package.

Can the website be in English and other languages?

Yes. The website and every listing can be in Spanish and English, and in more languages if your buyers speak them. Each language has its own pages, which Google indexes separately.

What should a property listing show?

Photos, sale or let, type, square metres, bedrooms, bathrooms, area and price, plus a field for the energy rating. Every detail has its place so buyers and Google read it the same way, and you fill the listing in from the panel.

Which web design package suits an estate agent?

The Professional one: a panel with bookings, customers, blog and testimonials. The property catalogue and languages are added after the study. The price of each package is on the pricing page, always + VAT.

Is the estate agency you show a real one?

No. It is a demo we built to show how an estate agent website made this way works. You can see per-property SEO, the admin panel, the portals for agents, owners and tenants, holiday lets and the AI assistant working.

Does it work for holiday lets too?

Yes. Holiday lets are a module added if your agency manages them, as in the demo. Which modules go into your website is decided in the Business Study and quoted separately.

Shall we talk about your agency?

Tell us which areas you cover and how you win instructions now, and we will call you to prepare your study.
