Clinic website design in Spain that makes booking easy for patients
We build websites for dental, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology and veterinary clinics in Malaga, on the Costa del Sol and across Spain, with the whole process done remotely. Every treatment gets its own page, WhatsApp is one tap away on a phone, and the appointment diary sits in a panel you run yourself, with no need to call anyone to change your opening hours.
Deducted if you order the website
What does a clinic website need so patients book an appointment?
A patient looking for a clinic is usually on their phone, with a specific ache or question, comparing two or three results in a few minutes. The website that answers first wins.
One page per treatment
Orthodontics, implants, sports injury rehab, custom insoles, couples therapy. Someone searching for a treatment wants to read about that treatment, not about the clinic in general. Each page explains what it is, who you recommend it for in your professional judgement and how to book a first visit.
A team with names and faces
In healthcare, people choose a person. Team profiles with training, registration number if you want to show it and a photo, which you update from the panel when someone new joins.
Booking without waiting on the phone
You cannot take calls while you treat. A short form, WhatsApp with the message already written and booking in the panel diary: the patient picks the route they prefer and it reaches you in order.
Where you are and when you open
Address, map, opening hours, parking and access. With your Google Business Profile, structured data and sitemap set up so people in your neighbourhood can find you.
How does the website change with each type of clinic?
Each speciality has a different patient, and the website is ordered around what that patient is looking for. A dental clinic needs one page per treatment, because visitors compare implants, orthodontics and whitening before they book. A physio clinic has to say at the top which injuries it treats and what the first session is like, because its patients arrive with an ache and want to get started. In podiatry the specific searches count, such as insoles, gait or ingrown toenails, each with its own page. In psychology trust comes first: a calm tone, your way of working explained without jargon and a discreet first contact. A vet clinic has to show on the first screen whether it handles emergencies and at what hours. In every case, the patient books through a form, on WhatsApp or in the panel diary, and anything clinical in the copy is checked by your team.
Dental clinic website design
Dental patients compare a lot: implants, clear aligners, whitening, a first check-up. One page per treatment, frequently asked questions on financing and treatment length that you answer, and photos of the clinic and the team. If you see patients from abroad, an English version with its own copy. Patient photos only with their consent, and never as a promise of results.
Physio website
People looking for a physio are usually in pain and in a hurry. First what you treat (back pain, sports injuries, pelvic floor, rehab after surgery), then what the first session is like, and finally the booking. If you sell session packs, they get their own page.
Podiatry website
Gait analysis, insoles, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot. These are very specific searches that often include the name of the neighbourhood or town, and each one deserves its own page with its question and its answer.
Website for psychologists
Here trust comes before everything. A calm tone, your way of working explained without jargon, whether you see clients in person, online or both, and a discreet first contact: a short form or a WhatsApp message, asking for no more details than needed.
Vet website
Vaccinations, check-ups, surgery, grooming if you offer it, and what people search for most at night: whether you handle emergencies and at what hours. A dog or cat owner wants to see that on the first screen, with the phone number at hand.
What can you change yourself from the clinic panel?
The website is bespoke, built in React and Next.js, never on WordPress, and comes with its own admin panel. It is yours: no commission per booking and no platform fee.
What you touch every day
Copy, pages, photos, opening hours, team, SEO and legal pages. If a treatment price changes or a new practitioner joins, you change it yourself.
Diary, patients and testimonials
With the Professional package the panel adds a diary and bookings, client records, a blog and testimonials. You publish your patients' testimonials yourself from the panel.
Invoicing, if you need it
If the clinic wants to charge and invoice from the same place, the Complete package adds quotes, Verifactu invoices, payments, expenses and reports.
Where your data lives
The website is hosted on servers in the European Union, with HTTPS and automatic backups.
Example
What would the website of a neighbourhood physio clinic look like?
This is a sample case, with no real client behind it. A small physiotherapy clinic in a neighbourhood full of people who play sport, which lives on word of mouth today and misses calls while treating.
What we would look at in the Business Study
Which treatments leave the best margin, which patient it wants to attract and which question it always gets on the phone before a booking.
The website that would come out of it
One page for sports injuries, another for pelvic floor and another for rehab after surgery. On each one, the usual question answered at the top and the WhatsApp button with the treatment already written in the message.
What the panel would do
Bookings land in the diary, each patient's record stays in the client panel and the testimonials it collects are published from the same panel. The physio changes the summer hours without calling anyone.
Why start with the Business Study?
Before designing anything we study your clinic: which treatments you want to fill, which patient you are after, how they reach you today and what holds your diary back. That report gives the website its pages, its copy and its keywords.
It is paid on signing and deducted if you order the website.
Which website package suits a clinic?
For most clinics we recommend the Professional package: a bespoke website, local SEO, WhatsApp and a panel with diary, clients, blog and testimonials. If you also want to invoice from the website, the Complete package. The price is fixed, paid on signing and + VAT; hosting and maintenance are a monthly fee from launch.
What do clinics ask us before they start?
The questions dentists, physios, podiatrists, psychologists and vets ask when we talk about their website.
How much does a clinic website cost?
It depends on the package. For clinics we usually recommend the Professional one; its fixed price, + VAT, is on the pricing page. The monthly hosting and maintenance fee starts at launch. The Business Study is deducted if you order the website.
Do you work with clinics anywhere in Spain?
Yes. Our studio is in Malaga and the whole process is done remotely, so the province does not matter. The Business Study, the reviews and the panel set-up are done by phone, on WhatsApp or remotely.
Can patients book an appointment from the website?
Yes. Through a form, through WhatsApp in one tap and, with the Professional package, through booking in the panel diary. If you already use another booking system, we look at it in the Business Study.
Do I need a website if I am already on a booking directory?
It helps: your website is yours, with no commission per booking and no platform fee, and it presents your clinic your way. The directory can keep sending patients; the website is where you explain each treatment and take direct bookings.
Can I change treatments, opening hours and the team myself?
Yes. From the panel you change copy, photos, pages, opening hours and team profiles without relying on anyone. For bigger changes, such as a new section, you write to us and we look at it.
Can I show treatment prices and the health insurers I work with?
Yes. Prices and insurers are website copy, and you change them yourself from the panel whenever you like. Which prices are shown, and where, is decided in the Business Study, based on how your patients compare.
Can I publish patient testimonials?
Yes, from the panel, with the patient's consent. The clinic publishes them, not us. They are presented as a patient's opinion, never as proof of a treatment's results.
Is a psychologist website the same as a dental clinic website?
No. The tone, the pages and the way of making first contact change, depending on what each patient is looking for. The structure comes from the Business Study of your clinic, not from a repeated model.
What local SEO does a clinic website include?
Google Business Profile, structured data and sitemap in every package, plus one page per treatment using the words your patients use. Google rankings are never promised. With the Growth monthly package we add blog articles and a monthly ranking review.
Who writes the treatment pages?
We prepare them from the Business Study and you review them. Anything clinical is always checked by your team. No text goes live without your approval.
Where is the website data stored?
On servers in the European Union, with HTTPS and automatic backups. The legal pages are edited from the panel, and the form asks only for the details needed to book.
Shall we talk about your clinic website?
Tell us your speciality and the area you work in. We call you, look at your case and explain the study.
The study is deducted if you go ahead with the website
