Tradesmen and garages

Websites for tradesmen in Spain, with quotes and invoices built in

A website for tradesmen has two jobs: to be found by people searching for your trade in their area, and to let them ask for a call-out or a quote in one tap. We build bespoke websites for plumbers, electricians, air conditioning firms, solar panel fitters and car repair garages all over Spain, and the same panel handles your quotes, your Verifactu invoices and your diary.

What does a tradesman's or a garage's website need?

A tradesman's or a garage's website needs five things: call and WhatsApp buttons that work from a phone, a short quote form, one page for each service and area, photos of real jobs, and a Google Business Profile linked up with structured data. Everything else is decoration.

  • Calling without writing the number down. The call and WhatsApp buttons are always in view, and the WhatsApp message opens with the service already filled in.

  • A form that asks only what matters. What the job is, where, and how to reach the customer. Four fields, not twelve.

  • One page per service and per area. Someone searching for "boiler replacement" in their town lands on the boilers page, not on a generic home page.

  • Your jobs, in your photos. No stock images: customers want to see work you have actually done.

  • Google Business Profile and structured data. Both are part of the local SEO in every package, together with the sitemap.

  • Fast on a phone. It is coded bespoke in React and Next.js, with no WordPress, and designed for the phone screen first.

What changes in the website for each trade?

A plumber and a garage do not sell the same way. Each trade has its own vocabulary, its own emergencies and its own paperwork, and its website reflects them from day one. If you take on whole renovation jobs, have a look at our websites for builders.

Plumbing and heating

A website for plumbers starts with the emergency: someone with a leak calls the first plumber they see who has a phone number to hand and covers their part of town. So the website shows the area you cover and whether you take out-of-hours call-outs right at the top, and gives drain unblocking, boilers, water heaters and immersion tanks their own pages. If you also work on gas or central heating, it gets its own section, with whatever certification you hold.

Electrical work and EV chargers

On an electrician's website, customers want to know whether you issue the installation certificate, whether you can replace their fuse box or fit an electric car charger in their garage. Each job has its own page, with just enough explanation and a form that asks what is needed: home or business premises, what has to be done and which town.

Air conditioning and heat pumps

An air conditioning company sells the installation and the maintenance too. If you hold the RITE authorisation and the F-gas certificate, the website puts them where people see them. It explains the difference between a split unit, ducted air and an air-source heat pump, and gives annual maintenance contracts their own page so customers find it before the summer.

Solar panels and self-consumption

People looking for solar panels compare a lot before they call. A website for solar panel fitters answers their questions about self-consumption, batteries and surplus power, and ends with a survey form: roof type, rough consumption and town. With that information you reach the first call already knowing what to talk about.

Garages and car repairs

A garage website is built around the booking. Drivers want to see what you do (mechanics, bodywork and paint, tyres, diagnostics, a check before the ITV) and book a slot without phoning in the middle of their working day. The diary in the panel collects those bookings and you check them on your phone.

What does the panel handle besides the website?

With the Complete package, the one we recommend for tradesmen and garages, the website and the day-to-day running of the business live in the same panel.

  1. Quotes straight from the enquiry

Whoever filled in the form is already in the panel with their details. You prepare the quote from there and it stays saved with that customer.

  2. Verifactu invoices

An accepted quote becomes an invoice with Verifactu, the Spanish Tax Agency's verifiable invoicing system. You log payments and expenses and check the reports without copying data into other software.

  3. Diary and customers

The diary brings together call-outs, site visits and garage bookings, and each customer record remembers what you did for them. From the same login you change the website's text, photos, services and areas.

How does a garage website work on an ordinary day?

Example

A made-up case to show the journey; there is no real customer behind it.

  1. In the morning

A driver hears a noise when braking, searches for a garage near home and lands on your brakes page. They book a slot for Thursday from their phone.

  2. Later that morning

You see the booking in the panel diary, with the reason they wrote in the form, and you already know which parts to check.

  3. On Thursday

You look at the car and prepare the quote in the panel. When the customer accepts it and collects the car, the Verifactu invoice comes from the same place.

Why do we start with the Business Study?

Before designing anything we study your business: which jobs leave you the best margin, which call-outs are not worth it, which towns you want to work in and how customers reach you today. From that we decide which services get their own page, which words your customers will use to find you and what the form asks.

It is a 14-section report. We do it remotely, wherever you work in Spain, and it is deducted if you order the website.

Business Study

Which package do we recommend for tradesmen and garages?

The Complete package: the website, local SEO, the diary and the business side with quotes, Verifactu invoices, payments and expenses. If for now you only want to be found and called, the Essential package gives you the website, local SEO and the content panel.

Fixed price: a one-off payment on signing and a monthly hosting and maintenance fee, always + VAT. The amounts are on our web design packages and prices page.

What do tradesmen and garages ask us?

The questions that come up in the first conversation with a plumber, an electrician or a garage owner.

How much does a website for a tradesman or a garage cost?

We recommend the Complete package: a fixed price, with a one-off payment on signing and a monthly fee, all + VAT. If you are starting out, the Essential package costs less. The amounts for each package are on the pricing page.

Will a website bring me customers?

Nobody can guarantee that. What it does is get you found by trade and area, and make asking you for a quote a single tap. Your Google Business Profile, structured data and one page per service are set up from the start.

Is a Google Business Profile enough on its own?

The profile helps, but it depends on Google and says little. The website is yours and explains every service; together they work better. We link the profile to the website and keep the details on both identical.

Can I run quotes and Verifactu invoices from the website?

Yes, with the Complete package: quotes, Verifactu invoices, payments, expenses and reports in the same panel. The Essential and Professional packages do not include that part; the Professional one does include the diary and customers.

Can I change the services, photos and areas myself?

Yes. From the panel you change text, photos, pages and SEO whenever you like. You do not need anyone to announce a new service or one more town.

Do you work with tradesmen outside Malaga?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses all over Spain; our studio is in Malaga. Meetings take place remotely and the panel works from anywhere.

Can the website be in English and Spanish?

Yes. If you have foreign customers, the website can carry English or other languages. Which languages it carries is decided in the Business Study.

Why start with the Business Study?

Because it produces the text, the pages, the keywords and the form of your website. It is a 14-section report and it is deducted if you order the website.

Shall we shape the website for your trade?

Tell us what you do and which area you cover, and we will call you to prepare your study.
